PENALTY FOR RECEIVING I Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Oct. 31. Albert Durant, restaurant keeper ot Wellington, was found guilty by the jury on three charges of receiving stolen goods, and was sentenced «<» three years’ reformative detention, in the Supreme Court to-day. He was acquitted on two charges of theft and one of receiving.
