PROGRESS OF BILLS [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Sept. 24. The Legislative Council met at 2.30 p.m. to-day. The Nurses and Midwives Registrative Amendment Bill was received from the House and read a first time. The Magistrates 1 Courts Amendment Bill was put through committee, and passed.
