The Premier estimated it will ba nccessarv to borrow four millions to pay accounts overdrawn last June- it will also be necessary io increase the revenue this year by £BlB,OOO, of which £lOO,OOO represents increase in exchange- The Comomnwealth is being ask ed to increase the disabilities grant to £450,000.
