MR BAVIN’S COMMENT. SYDNEY, Sept. 13. The Premier of New South Wales (Mr T. R. Bavin), referring to Mr Fenton’s remarks that there were too many Parliaments in Australia, said that such a suggestion at the present time only obscures the real issue. Obviously, he said, there must be a Parliament for each State.
