JAPANESE EARTHQUAKE
SEVENTH ANNIVERSARY. Received Sept. 2, 9.40 p.m. TOKIO, Sept. 2. The seventh anniversary of the great earthquake was observed with elaborate ceremony in Tqkio The Premier .read an address at the great memorial shrine at Lonjq, where 82,000 persons were burned to death. The screaming of .sirens was followed by silence and a cessation of traffic. There was .a. vast .gathering present.
