CURRIED KIDNEYS Melt an ounce of butter or dripping in a pan, add a minced onion and fry lightly. Add an ounce of flour and a tea spoonful of curry powder and brow« slightly. Then stir in half a pint of stock. When boiling add a chopped apple and four to six sheep’s kidneys cut into quarters. Simmer very gently for about half a hour or until the kidneys are tended. Season, add juied and disu in a border of boiled rice.
