TO MEND CUT GLASS

Get a small quantity of amyl acetate from any chemist, and dissolve into it small pieces of transparent celluloid until a thin paste is formed. Paint the edges of the broken glass with this paste, then place together, and leave for at least twelve hours. Remove any excess with methylated spirits.
