SOME CHANGES RUMOURED Received May 8, 8.10 p.m. LONDON, Ma; 8. It is understood that Mr Ben Turner, Parliamentary Secretary for Mines, will shortly retiro from the Ministry and be succeeded by Major A. T. Lee or Mr Vernon Hartshorn, both members of the Simon Commission.
It is rumoured that Mr Noel Buxton, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, has been designated to an important colonial post, which will soon be becoming vacant.
