The question of length and waistline are both satisfactorily settled so far as formal afternoon gowns are concerned, by this delightful model in rich blue crepe satin. The waistline s slightly indicated at normal, the hip-line is trim and slender, and the shapely skirt falls gracefully to the ankles, opening in front, however, over a rather shorter under panel.
