ASHTON’S KEEN FIGHT DEFEAT OF CAVALIERS LONDON, April 25. At polo the Ashtons beat Cavaliers by 4 goals to 3. The brothers Ashton played their first polo match in England, near Malmesbury, against Cavaliers. • The latter comprised Colonel Melville, who visited Australia with the Indian Army team two years ago, Major Atkinson who played against America, Major Rex Benson, Captain J. F. Sanderson. The Ashtons proved themselves dashing players and good hitters, while c heir ponies were the handiest. They won fter a keen fight by 4 goals to 3.
