TIME LIMIT FOR TESTS STATEMENT BY LORD HAWKE LONDON, April 23. Speaking at the Yorkshire Country Club luncheon, Lord Hawke said that, if the tests this year were not finished in four days, it was almost certain that there would be a return to three-da v tests.
