DAIRY FACTORY CASE
JUDGMENT DELIVERED. [ Per Press Association. ] NEW PLYMOUTH, April 4. Reserved judgment was delivered by Air Justice Reed this morning in the dairy factory case, in an action brought by Thomas Geary and the non-cream producing or dry shareholders to recover interest upon capital invested in the company. His Honour stated that the company, by alteration of its articles, deprived the dry shareholders of the right of 5 per cent, interest 1 on ordinary shares. Plaintiff was granted an order on the ground that the substituted article was null and void, and that he should receive payment in accordance with the original article. Plaintiff was allowed costs.
