THE ANNUAL MEETING. [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, April 4 ’ , e fetors of the Bank of New Zealand have recommended that the annual meeting be held on June 20 and that the dividend and bonus be the same as last year. Sir G. Elliott has been re-elected chairman of directors.
