RAMPTON'S BODY WASHED UY [ Per Press Association. ] GISBORNE, Feb. 8. The remains of Cecil Rampton telephone exchange clerk, who was drowned at Tokamaru Bay ten days ago, were washed up on the beach miles from the scene of the tragedy.
