BEV. MB. WARD'S FORMULA. SUBMISSION TO SPECIALIST. I Per Preu AMoci.tion. I AUCKLAND, D«e. ». Following on a communication from Dr. Valintine (Director-General of Health), the Rev. Edgar Ward to-day interviewed the Hon. A. J. Stallworthy (Minister of Health) with regard the treatment of tuberculosis by hit secret formula. Mr Ward told the Minister that -h< consulted the Department two antf a-hal£ years ago, when he had aolii ground for believing that his ttcal ment was effective. The Dcpartmenl gave him no encouragement, and declined to discuss the matter until hs offered conclusive proof of the efficacy of the treatment. The Minister expressed surprise, and asked Mr Ward if he was prepared if discuss the formula and treatment wit> tlu. superintendent of a sanatorium Mr Ward agreed, subject to an aasur ance of secrecy, which was given b, the- Minister. Mr Ward will probably place the formula and treatment before a specialise next week.
