LOAN AND MERCANTILE CO. Received Dec. 6, 8 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 6. Mr Alfred Shepherd, presiding at the annual meeting of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Coy., said that the company had handled during the past year 305,681 bales wool of a total value of £6,634,023, compared with 276,438 bales valued at £6,918,829 the previous season.
