NEW INSURANCE RISK
“WALKING TO PUBLIC DANGER” Received Dec. 3, 10 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 3. As the outcome of a Sheffield motorist securing £3O damages against a pedestrian “walking to the public danger,” a leading London insurance firm has introduced a new policy for pedestrian third party risk. A nominal premium insures one against this risk which threatens to become common, also, against claims by people bitten by one’s dogs or injured by one’s golf balls.
