LOCAL .'.GENTS’ ADVICE. Messrs C. F. Millward and Co. advise: The Calm was expected to sail from Wanganui last night for Wellington and southern ports. The Storm arrived at Wanganui yesterday and will load wool to-day for Wellington. The Breeze is due at Wanganui on Wednesday, 4th, from southern ports. After discharging she will load for Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. The Gale is scheduled to load at Oamaru and Timaru to-day, Lyttelton Wednesday, Wellington Thursday, Picton Friday, and is due at Wanganui on Saturday, 7th inst. The Foxton will sail from Lyttelton to-day for Foxton; due that port on Thursday, sth, thence Wellington 6th, and Lyttelton again 7th inst. Messrs Holm and Co. report: — The Himitangi is undergoing an overhaul at Wellington, The Holmdale is due at Wanganui to-day from Wellington. Messrs Burgess and Co. report:— The Cambridge is duo to load at Wanganui on December 16. Messrs Smith, Beauchamp and Co., Wanganui agents for the Dominion Line advise: The Port Hobart is loading a the Wanganui roadstead. The vessel will be available to lift wool put up at the recent sale. Messrs Freeman R. Jackson advise: The Mahia will ’oad dairy produce and frozen meat in the roadstead on December 12. Messrs Johnston and Co. advise: The Arapawa is due on Friday from Onehunga.
