THE TOKIO CONGRESS DIFFERENCES OF OPINION [ Australian Press Assn. ] TOKIO, Oct. 30. At the Pacific Relations Congress New Zealand supported the recent trade agreement with Japan. A strong indifference of opinion between the Japanese and Chinese existed, and illfeeling was averted by the. courtesy and good sense of both delegations, and the general atmosphere of the conference.
