SOUTH WEST AFRICA’S POSITION [ Australian Press Assn. Z Received Oct. 31, 9.30 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 31. In view of persistent German suggestions for the re-allocation of mandates, assumedly, in a desire to regain South West Africa, a resolution has been adopted by the East African Chamber of Commerce requesting the Labour Ministry to reaffirm Mr Amery’s declaration that Britain has no intention of relinquishing any man date.
