THE COMMISSION’S REPORT. DECLARATION SUSPENDED [ Australian Press Assn. J SYDNEY, Oct. 31. In less than fifteen minutes the Legislative Assembly passed a Bill to suspend the powers of the industrial Commission to declare a living wage for adult malg and female employees untn Parliament makes further provision on that behalf. The Bill was taken through all stages without opposition.
