BUT DEATH INTERVENES [Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, Sept. 28. After inheriting a fortune of £28,000 from an uncle in England 12 months ago, following on a hard struggle to live, Mr L. W. W. Brown of Hamilton died in a private hosiptal at Hamilton this morning after an operat’?n for appendicitis. Mr Brown, who was 59, had been actively connected with nearly every sport in Hamilton. His good fortune made little difference to him and he still carried on his labour and land agency which he had been running for St ilb! yi Fl.
