William Heughan is staying at Foster’s Hotel.
Mr C. Cooper, late draughtsman of the Wanganui City Council and the Waitotara County Conucil, has joined the staff of the District Engineer of Railways, Wanganui, and took up his njew duties z at the beginning of the week.
