TENSION ON THE FRONTIER (Times Cables) SOFIA, June 23. Serb-Bulgarian frontier tension is increasing, The Serbs are concentrated in camp near Dolnalubata. Of 600 Bulgarians arrested round Basiigrau most were ill-treated and the others killed immediately. Serbian soldiers shot three Bulgarian peasants, one of whom was a woman, and unprovokedly fired on a Bulgarian patrol within Bulgarian territory.
