REGAINING FOREIGN TRADE WELSH EXPORT INCREASES [Australian Preu Assn.) Received June 24, 8 p.m. LONDON, June 24. The Cardiff correspondent of the Daily Express states that a regular and steady increase of the Welsh coal export is being maintained. South Wales is rapidly regaining foreign trade. Colliery owner., are competing for some large Australian contracts, while consumption on the Continent is greater than production. Both Belgium and France are finding difficulty in supplying their home markets.
