Members are those of Byrd expeditions who have been north and south of Irufude 78, for both King’s Bay and Little America are inside those northern and southern limits. The insignia of the club was drawn by Bernt Balrhen, and is a circle with the number 78 in the centre, a ’plane on one side, a polar bear at the top, And a penguin at the bottom.
