MOSCOW CITIZENS EXCELL BLASPHEMY AND OBSCENITY (Times Cables) Received May 12, 8 p.m. RIGA, May 11. The anti-religion campaign throughout Russia, which has just ended, was on a greater scale than ever before, and had the assistance of the State’s administration machinery. Moscow, especially distinguished itself on the final day, w'ith blasphemous open air and indoor plays. Obscene carnivals in the streets were thronged by organised companies nt mocking youths and girls.
