THE DUNEDIN SESSIONS. [ Per Press Association I DUNEDIN, May 4. Prisoners sentenced by Mr Justict Smith this morning were:—William James Park, for indecent assault, two years’ reformative detention; William Neilson Mackie, on two charges of indecent assault fivo years’ probation, cnditional on his remaining in the Salvation Army Home at Addington; Francis Bernard Francis, for false pretences and forgery, was ordered three years’ reformative detention. In thia case a sum of £4OOO was involved, prisoner embarking on a motor business without, capital and mortgaging the same cars to different finance agents.
