MOVE BY THE C.P.B. [ Australian Press Assn. ] TORONTO May 3. President Beatty, of the Canadian Pacific Railway, stated that a reduction of freight rates on grain from Buffalo to the American Atlantic ports was to be met by a reduction of rates on grain between the Western producing points and Canadian ports.
