SIB JAMES PARR’S ADVICE Received May 5, 11.55 p.m. LONDON. May 4. Sir James Parr opened the Scottish Grocers’ Federation Show at Edinburgh. Sir James urged that if Scotland could not supply her local requirements then preference should be given to Empire produce.
