ABSORBED BY AMALGAMATED BRICKS LIMITED. [ Per Press Association I AUCKLAND, April 4. Further extension of the interests ot Amalgamated Bricks, Limited, the new brickmaking combination, took place to-day, when shareholders of the Napier Concrete Company agreed to be taken over by Amalgamated The Napier Concrete Company is an o.!d-o.stal)lished one, producing at its works at Morningside concrete pipes, boilers, ami othei concrete wares. It is understood that the ordinary shareholders in the Napier Concrete Company will receive £1 shares "n Amalgamate*! Bricks as 'veil as 12s Gd in cash for each share they hold in the concrete company. This makes the valuation of the pound shares 32s 6d, and the purchase price of it.s £33,000 capital is therefore £53,625.
