EX-KAISER’S SISTER HUSBAND’S EXTRAVAGANCE. [ Per Press Association. ] BERLIN, April 4. 1 At a public meeting of Princess Victoria’s creditors at Bonn a heated discussion took place and it was pointed out that there were debts of £35,000 with no assets. Nevertheless she continued living in luxury at Bonn Palace. It. was said that the Princess would be faced with starvation unless she was assisted. There followed stormy protests. It was agreed to consider an allowance, but with a demand that she vacate the palace and dismiss the servants. AL Zoubkoff’s extravagance was condemned, being largely to blame for the. Princess’ position.
