AUSTRALIA’S NEW YEAR OUTLOOK ( Australian Press Assn. 1 SYDNEY, Dec. 31. Commercial and financial institutions arc looking forward to thc New Year optimistically. They declare that the money market is easy and the banking resources larger than a year ago. Restrictions upon advances have been considerably relaxed within recent months, and thc season has been good for primary producers. The New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia wool clip is of considerable dimensions and realising good prices. There is a substantial wheat harvest, at least one hundred million bushels being available for export. Summed up, commercial circles say thc outlook promises well for a normal year.
