Cats With Blue Ties

A woman’s extraordinary mania for cats has come to light at Southport, following her removal to an institution. When the house was visited, 12 black cats were found in excellent condition. All the cats were provided with cots for sleeping, and a number of them wore polo collars and blue ties. Alter the woman’s removal, the cats were painlessly destroyed.
