UPROAR IN PARLIAMENT
LORD STRICKLAND HOOTED TENSION IN MALTA POLITICS [ Times Cables. ] MAT.TA, December 5. When I.ord Strickland opened Parliament to-day the Oppositionists did not attend during his speech, which was a forecast of legislation affecting the constitutional relations between the two Houses. The Oppositionists trooped in as Lord Strickland left the Chamber. National ists in tho strangers’ gallery hooted Lord Strickland, but the Constitutional ists cheered. Several members were ejected.
