INTEREST RATES REDUCED
AUCKLAND SAVINGS BANK MOVE [ Par Piess Association. 1 AUCKLAND, Dec. 26. The Auckland Savings Bank has decided to reduce the interest rate on mortgages from 6A to 6 per cent., this applying to current mortgages from January 1 next.
The bank has decided also to reduce the interest rate to depositors from to 4A per cent., as from April 1 next.
