FUNERAL SCENES INQUIRY TO BE HELD [British Official Wireless.] KLGBY, Nov. 20. At the funeral oi the Itye victims, men of the British Legion* dug tue grave and Legionaires were among the pallbearers, wno were mainlv lifeboatmen. A band play, A the funeral marchesBecause of tl. press of public the service was held in the graveyard and not in the church. The crews of many other lifeboats long the coast were present. Nearly every family in the little hamlet oi Hye bad lost someone in the disaster, and the scenes at the graveside were pathetic in the extreme. Mr Williams. Under-Secretary of tlx Board of Trade, stated in the House of Common- that his d apartment had decided to hold an inquiry into all tlio circumstances of the disaster. The in quiry would cover certain allegations made regarding defects in the lifebelts worn by the 'lead lifeboatmen.
