MAN SLAYS SISTER-IN-LAW I ’assy RR9JJ ] MELBOURNE, Oct. 31. Airs Afargaret Searon, housekeeper for her brother-in-law. Joseph Livingston, aged 63, was found dead at her home at Frankston, a seaside resort, to-day with severe gashes in her neck and body. She was found face downwands -in the back yard. Livingston, who is an estate agent, was discovered in a front room with his throat cut, but he was able to speak. He told the police he intended to commit suicide but changed his mind. He was arrested and charged with murder.
