SUSPECTS CONFESS WIDESPREAD ESPIONAGE SYSTEM IN FRANCE ( Australian Press Assn. , PARIS, Oct. 31. The arrest on a charge of espionage of Lugi Nacazzini, an employee of the Italian Consulate at Lyons, and of Pierre Vanellin, a naturalised Swiss, who had served in the French Army revealed a widespread spy organisation. It is believed its headquarters are in Switzerland. Both are stated to have confessed that they disclosed one of the French Army’s secrets, which was sought in the interests of another Power concerned with a new French arm, described as a screencd-in motor vehicle.
