Under conduct of the Registrar of tho Supreme Court, Wanganui, on Friday, the 9th clay of November, 1928, at their Saleyards, Raetihi, at 1 p.m. MESSRS FREEMAN R. JACKSON & CO, LTD., are instructed by the Mortgagee, under Memorandum of Mortgage Number 111002, to sell under conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Wanganui District, and by virtue of the powers contained in Memorandum of Mortgage Number 111002 ALL that undivided interest of 206 acres and 22 perches in all that piece of freehold land situate in the Provincial District of Wellington containing 452 acres more or less being the Block of land known as Rangiwaea 4F 16 No. 2A and being all the land in Certificate of Title Volume 226 Folio 64 (Wellington) SUBJECT to Section 74 o.f The Native Land Amendment Act 1913.
