CASTLECLIFF FIRE BRIGADE DANCE

The members of tho Castlceliff Fire Brigade held their annual social and dance in the local hall on Wednesday evening. The supper tables were artistically decorated in the brigade colours, red and gold, the members 1 wives and Mrs Mills being in charge. Representatives from the Central fire station were present. During the interval, Mr A. Hird, district officer, presented the euchre prizes. Motorman Dacre, and Fireman Trott, acted as M.C.’s. Music was supplied by the Californian Jazz Band. Secretarial duties wore carried out by Fireman D. Lloyd.
