J\JOTICS is hereby given that a petition has been presented to the Hon. thc Minister of Labour by the seedsmen and .plant merchants within the City of Wanganui requesting that the sale of the undermentioned goods be prohibited after the hours at which seedsmen and plant merchc s’ shops are required to be closed, namely, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 5.30 p.m., on Fridays, 9 p.m. and on Saturdays 1 p.m. with tho following exceptions: (1) the day before Good Friday, 9 .p.m. (2) Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, 10 p.m. Goods Concerned: —Seeds, plants (other than pot plants) and flower pots.
