LADIES’ BACKSTROKE CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT
ADDITION TO N.Z. LIST DECISION OF COUNCIL. CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 5. At a meeting of the New Zealand Swimming Council the rules were amended to provide for the addition of a 100 yards ladies 1 backstroke event to the list of New Zealand championships. In response to an inquiry from the Wellington Centre it was decided to express the view that photographs did come within the meaning of the term ‘ ‘trophy. ”
