TITLED ANKLES NOT SO GOOD Ankles of ladies of title lost to those of women of less distinction and an American girl at a recent competition in the grounds of Guthrie Castle, Angus, Scotland. William Baillie Str.ong, of Dalkeith, Scotland, has just resigned. A tight collar, worn by David Cooper, of Leicester, England, prevented him from regaining conscientiousess after a fall, and thus caused his death.
