BREACH OF SCAFFOLDING REGULATIONS [ Press AeaoclaJon. ] GREYMOUTH, Sept. 17. On two charges of breaches of the scaffolding regulations, A. G. Wells, a contractor, was this morning final £3 with costs, by Mr W. Mcldrum, S.M. The inspector of scrffolding said that defendant ha»! been warned previously and the Department reganled tho offence as serious. Wells did not notify his intention to erect scaffolding and later did not comply with the inspector's requirements.
