INTERESTING INFORMATION
At present, the shirt is probably one of the most important items in a man’s wardrobe, though it still plays a secondary part to the suit, and its design and colouring is almost entirely influenced by other articles of clothing. Every man should have shirts to tone with the rest of his cloth ing, and in the new stocks now being displayed it should be a simple matter to obtain the desired effect. Messrs Markham and London have just opened up a range of shirts direct from English manufacturers in both white! and coloured grounds with the
fashionable narrow stripes. These shirts are built to fit perfectly, especially round the neck and on the shoulders, the collars to match being both stiff and soft, the latter with tabs and stiffeners to give the desirjd effect of neatness and care. Many men wonder why their shirts are uncomfortable around the neck, and why the collars do not sit correctly. The reason is undoubtedly the make of ths shirt, and such discomfort will disappear with garments purchased at Markham and London’s, where satisfaction is. guaranteed.
