MAN MISSING
TRACKS IN THE SAND. [ Per Press Association. ] AUCKLAND, Sept. 12. Fears arc entertained for the safety of Arthur James Stonhold, aged 60, single, who has been missing from a boating house at Karckare since Sunday morning. He left before noon, stating his intention of walking along the beach. His tracks in the sand indicate that he carried out his intention, but neither the police nor search parties have found any further trace of him. It is supposed that Stonhold has been drowned.
