ORDER RESTORED IN SHANTUNG PROVINCES
JAPANESE TROOPS TO BE EVACUATED

Tn consideration of the restoration of order in Shantung, the Government has decided on the evacuation of the Sixth Division, subject to the Imperial sanction. The troops will probably embark at Tsingtau on September 4.
