TIMBER CARGO SWEPT OVERBOARD I Per I'reas Ageociatiou. ’ SYDNEY, July 27. With a heavy list of 15 degrees the moxjrship Vincmoor, with a huge timber cargo, arrived to-day from Portland (Oregon). She encountered mountainous seas and gales when eight days off the New South Wales coast and the crew had an anxious time trying to save the cargo. Thousands of feet of Oregon were swept overboard and a considerable portion of the iron railing was destroyed.
