TODAY’S RECIPE
Cream Puffs. —4 eggs, 3oz. of butter. soz. of flour, 1 large cup of boiling water. Put the butter in a saucepan on the fire and stir in the flour dry then turn th.? mixture out into a basin, and when it is quite cold, mix in the four eggs, place in small lumps in the oven, and when cooked fill with whipped cream.
